Dual Diploma BSB50615 Human Resources and BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Leadership skills with a strong background in workforce management will give you the skills and knowledge to operate at the senior level in all industries. As many units in the dual diploma are common, you only need to complete 14 units to get 2 Tertiary qualifications (rather than 9 and 12 if you did the diplomas separately), plus you have up to 2 years to finish.
