Payment plans are managed by Debit Success collecting monthly from the student, Debit Success pays National Training. Your agreement with Debit Success is regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 to ensure that you are offered the full protection of the law.
Cooling off period
National offers a seven (7) day cooling off period, if a student withdraws within seven days of enrolment a refund of all monies paid less a $250 administration fee will apply.
The following payment options are available
1. Payment can be made via EFT, PayPal or Credit Card can be processed over the phone. Please call (03)9674 0333 if you wish to pay by card.
2. Invoice to company –if an invoice is required, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with invoicing details
3. Monthly or weekly payment plans are available. No interest or set-up fees are charged.
How long do I have to complete?
The majority of Nationals students are full time employees, often balancing career and lifestyle. Our courses have been designed to accommodate these demands and are all self paced.
Students are required to complete at least one unit every 90 days.
